Hamstring support 101... keep it warm and loose. Many of our Pros here wear these in colder weather simply as a preventative sleeve. If you have hammy problems these are must and can even be taped over for extra support. Best Nike quality is all we carry here at Lax.com. These were the best we have seen and worth the money.
